On Saturday it was 80 degrees, today we had snow. Not crazy accumulation like back east, but just a bit of a dusting and some fun flakes to look at on our coats.
Yeah, you can be jealous now.
Today, while serving up some ice cream, Thomas was breaking out some awesome trios of positives, comparatives, and superlatives! He is fascinated with this concept (and almost as obsessed with it as he is with the silent-e!)
Gosh, it’s fun being the mom of a future nerd…
Molly loves her Aunt Marta. This was one of the many games she came up with while Marta was out this weekend for a visit. 🙂
See you again in May!
…and yes it was 76 degrees out today.
Poor child still thinks it’s January.
Thom had Marcus on his shoulders while I made dinner tonight. He was walking back and forth in the dining room when I noticed; Marcus was out cold. I never knew shoulders were so comfy.
Last night was rough. Marcus is teething, (or at least that’s what I’m telling myself to keep some sort of sanity) and I probably got a total of 2hrs (or at least that’s what I’m telling myself to keep some sort of sanity).
I went about my day today as usual, taking pictures of the kids like I normally do. About 9pm, I decided I could stay awake no longer, kissed the kids goodnight in their beds, turned off all the lights, laid my head on the pillow and went to…
Oh no! I forgot to post a picture!!
So here I am, half awake, making run on sentences left and right, counting the seconds til I can go to sleep.
Good Night! (or at least that’s what I’m telling myself to keep some sort of sanity)
I’m usually not one to edit my photos too much, but lately I’ve been having fun playing around. I recently acquired Aperture (thank you Apple App Store for selling it for half the CD pricing!!) and I have to say I haven’t ever liked the “Vintage” color preset, until today.
Now I’m not so sure. I’m so indecisive, it’s a wonder I ever get anything done!
Hey, which do you like best?
Babies are amazing creatures. Every day is a new experience and discovery.
You know, like today, when Marcus got to the Hershey’s Syrup bottle while I was preparing the two older kids a healthy snack…
Ahh, the little miracles in life.
This is one of those secret benefits of cloth diapering.
Your diaper bag?
Like sleeping on a cloud.
Today, Molly napped. She and Thomas were playing together and I suppose she just decided a little cat nap wouldn’t hurt.
I love how her fingers still curl in while she sleeps. I will not admit that she’s almost 4. She’ll always be my baby girl.
